2.5 t&e @ 1.50p/m x 25

etc

then add labour @ xxxx hours!

Recently have tried a inventory software --- invoice software . Call Xin Inventory software 1.0, looks cool and flexible with inventory control. Customizable template. Will buy one once the trial expired.

We use Sage Invoicing, I have to say it is a great piece of software, took me a while to get used to it but once i did i never looked back

also worth a look at Amphis Customer Invoicing Software - can separate labour and items on the invoice, different templates to choose from or create your own. tracks payment too and can send Payment Reminder with one click.

I think this is really good as you have explained it in a way that it seems really interesting. currently I am using this online inventory database that is managing my inventory and I am satisfed with their services and quality of software. they al really awesome operational characteristics, Transition and revision characteristics.

Some good ideas for invoicing. We wanted one system to to do link our job sheet, quotes and invoices and found this Infotek Job Tracker software pretty good. They design the templates for you. Pretty good service.
