Does anyone know of an IP cctv camera that can be viewed directly from any browser such as Safari, chrome or Firefox NOT IE

What make is the system?

Most do, but some are only intended to work with the recorder system they make.

However, you usually need to have local network access and typically on a home that means an address such as 192.168.1.--- or so (the last number usually 2-253). Some have support to access outside of the local network but you need to take care as sometimes that lets world+dog have access.

Many cameras and systems can be viewed in most browsers the problem is if you want to change any settings then you find that the user interface is generally optimised for IE and even IE's sucessor Edge doesn't work

I use an extension for Chrome and New Edge. I think it's called IE Tab Browser. This lets me log in to the cameras.

The customer is all Apple so would like it to work on Safari
