Chaps, can you tell me if the supply head in the picture attached is three phase?

looking at the supply cable i would say it is a single phase supply coming into the property and linked to supply the two fuses but unless you take the CO apart you will not know (as already suggested let the DNO sort it)
 
looks like split phase, test between both supplies, split single is indicated by 460 volts, also try do a phase to phase reading if your tester does this.
 
Polyphase.
Had a customer that wanted his 60amp upgrading. He could either have 100amps(£3000) Or another 60amp from the same phase for £1500.
DNO guy i had to speak with about it was super helpfull :D
No 3 phase in the area.
