I tested it the other day but then turned it on just now. And you know what. I'm keeping it on too. Perhaps until April 2017 when we actually get some snow lol
The snow in the top right corner seems to be messing with the red "new alerts" circle. I don't see it anymore.
Don't worry. When we switch servers in the next few days, and the static navigation bar comes back, when you scroll down, it gets placed in the correct place again.
