basically a very good mate who is an electrician has done a job and wants me to issue a completion certificate. i had a look a the fuse board it had 4 lighting cables in the same breaker etc etc plus 3 in the ring circuit. although everything in each breaker was on the same circuit he sais there no problem and its perfectly allowed. what would you do

The fact that you have posted on here for advice,shows that you are not really happy with what he has done,would you jam 4 circuits into 1 circuit breaker,i expect not,you know better.make your excuses i think,too busy.....or abroad even better
 
not a chance i got told by a lecturer once the cell door is always waiting for you when things go wrong and the only way of making sure its not your name above it is by not signing anyone but your own name on the certs
