Good points on cu rcd. I will investigate this.

Swa cw gland terminated correctly comes into the socket box on 4 core with 2 cores earthed as one is spare. Going around the garden, one of the cores is then used as the second switched live.
The swa goes to a 3way ip68 jb, one to the light fitting and the other to the next jb.

Than apart from the inline RCDs which either just take out the RCD in the spur or turn the RCD in the CU into an S-type I think it all seems cool.
