Is this a 100amp or 200 amp service?

I am not an Electrican but I am buying a new home here in Michigan, and the outside pole to the house I’m wondering if is a 100 or 200 amp service coming from outside, I talked to to electricians in person without them coming out to the house just from the pictures to see if they know the service rating one Electrican said it’s 200 and and another said it looks 100amps need help from sombody else experienced before I pay somebody to come out and look thank you

Michigan is in the USA !
USA uses a split system,
2 x hots and one neutral
So the average house has a 100A service at 240v
But at 120v that becomes 200A.
