Every time I decorate a room at home I swear next time I will get a decorator in.
Doing the wood work always takes ages and no matter how hard I try always looks poo.

Velcro sandpaper and block, two coats of primer, two thin coats of liquid gloss.

Whats that thing....? yeah VOCs Dulux gloss white turns yellow so quick as they have to adhere to new rules on VOCs.

I never did get the watching paint dry thing, I LOVE it, means the job is finished.

Cutting in aroumd the ceiling must take me 3 goes.

Doing similar here but I use Dulux Satinwood which doesn't turn smokers yellow!

It's also an absolute breeze to apply with no runs like gloss. Touch dry in 30 minutes and brushes are cleaned with water too!
