Here's one for you. In a foster home for naughty boys the client has a requirement to be able to "remove privileges" of TVs/PCs etc when necessary. They seek a means of doing this without having to get staff to use the Distribution Board. Would a DP switch of the correct capacity be the best solution. Are there any other considerations?

Pull cord mounted outside of a lockable door should do the job.

If a new circuit I would install 4mm2 radials to the rooms on 20 amp circuits and have double pole metal vandleproof key switches outside the rooms so the carers can turn off that actual room without affecting any other rooms, is the circuit already in? or is this a new job?

At what point in time did putting the gloves on with your mates dad in a barn become unacceptable? Anyway they stream tv now and all the devices are rechargeable so they will still need removing.Don't tell me this home is local authority funded and we are all paying for this convoluted aversion crap...
