Anyone else had the same issue? Since this company keeps replacing machinery very often the MCB's get changed a lot so over time the slider contacts doesn't engage properly anymore.
 
Is it the plastic part that you slide or the metal part the plastic part moves off of the contact? I should think I could rustle up some for a merlin gerin board as I replaced one not long ago and left the box for spare parts. Maybe you could get them on ebay.
 
Seen it quite often on the early design ones with all black sliders with the square shaped slider knob. The plastic parts can break apart and the moving metal parts can end up where you don't want them to be. If it is one of that design it's time for a new board.
Still better than the original death hazard version with the horrid Y shaped 'isolation' links.

Not sure if the new version is better since too many unnecesary moving parts is a recipe for disaster.
