Well done Julian - I'm thinking that we get the effect you guys get further south a few months later. The price cuts have really only kicked in in the last couple of months which I know is quite a bit after most of you. If things follow that pattern then maybe I'll be looking at an increase next year.

Gordon - it was a customer referral from a couple delighted with the work we did and we were the only ones to check electrics, discuss routes, measure the roof, angle etc and check the construction for strength. The guy liked us and our service but wanted his system £1k cheaper than our cheapest price.

I've got other non pv work on at the minute so it's not the end of the world - as long as it's just over the winter. I'm spending the next few months networking it's not what you know it's who and while I've been so busy I haven't had time to get out and about. Tine to brush off the suit I think.
