I think you might find technology has marched on a lot since the Soyuz days. The murican rockets were all based on V2 technology anyway because Werner Von Braun was faced with a choice, work on the space project or face trial in Nuremburg and risk hanging.

It's a common error made by us Brits to call all Americans Yanks.
My wife, who is from the south, was horrified to be called a Yank when she moved here to the UK.
That Mason-Dixon line is a divide.

My wife wanted a tv from tesco,so we rocked up to the store at 11.45 pm and there were about a hundred or so queing up,there were about 4 small pallets wrapped in black plastic sheeting,seeing this I decided we were going home,I'm not queing up when I can't even see what I,m queing up for.
