Jack not roller skate

Where can I buy a proper car jack other than the bloody useless toys on ebay, you know the ones they are about as big as a roller skate and just about as much use, these things of which I have 2, one failed dramatically going down like a shot rat, the other has a mindless want to invert itself as soon as its about 50 cm of the ground I need a real one like I had when I was a mechanic, ah happy days covered in head to foot in Ep 90 and smelling like a dozen cats had wee'd on me

most car accessory/parts shops will stock 2 ton trolley jacks. about £20.

I'm surprised you trusted something off of ebay to hold up a car in the first place!

I bet in the pictures it was holding up just a shell or something, knowing ebay.

Dan, there are many reputable dealers use ebay. I've bought loads of gear and never had any problems.
