JIB Electrotechnical Certification Scheme (ECS) JIB/CSCS card?

Hello, looking at getting a construction card, i have all my qualifications and im also the niceic supervisor for my company, i also manage a team of elctricians. what card would be best for me? and/or should i get a cscs card or a jib card?

When you say all your qualies, what are all???

Have you donr the 2360 'C' course or the 2400 or the 2391-20???, if so you will be able to get a 'technicians' card which is the highest grade the JIB will issue.

You can also have the NIC logo on it if you are the registered QS.

2330 level 2&3 , nvq3, 2392, 2391-10, 2391-20, 2382, 2377. I just dont know what the diffrence is between them, ive done the ECS exam, just wanted to know what you fellas did. cheers

If you've got at least a couple of years on-site experience and descent employer references you should get a gold installations card , maybe even approved if your quals were gained during an apprenticeship.

The difference is an ESC card is graded / assessed against your experience and training
A cscs card is not
But both need the H&S cert before you get a card.

i sent my stuff to them the card come back 007 license to drill

with your quals you will get an approved gold card i would think, what do you consider yourself as?

As you hold a design course (2391-20), you are eligable for a technicians grade (platinum) card.
