You turn up to a job and its a total scum pit, or the job is a total ball ache or you just plain get the nose twitching that the customers going to be a total pain, or all of the above

whats your usual way of not getting the job?

just tell them straight?

over price?

text message?

ignore all communication until they eventually go away?

Got a job where the customer is literally harassing me to do the job, first i well over priced(i got it anyway), then i said i was too busy for the next two months(they say they will wait for me!), now ive resorted to just ignoring their calls but they just wont get the message, i should of just come out with it straight at the beginning and told them they live like animals and the jobs a nightmare

So ifyou have one, whats your proven exit strategy? when you really dont want the work!

Make sure it's twice your usual rate and pay someone else to do it!

That, or take PEG's advice. :smilielol5:
