Use mine for the inner sheath of SWA as well. Use this for T+E mostly second fixing lights and downlights, can be a bit of a pain doing sockets cant get them close enough so end up using the pliers tut tut :)

I tried one recently and had mixed results with it.
I was trying to strip flexs with it and some did not seem to quite cut properly.
I wound it in half a turn then it cut one of the cores!
Ime sure once they are set up they are probably fine but I think I prefer my loppers/stanley knife lol
 
I've just got one of these knives again, was installing photocells earlier using flex and i used the knife and it's great. I dunno if it's possible to set it up so it's absolutely spot on, but i had it set so it didn't cut through the whole sheath, but it just scored it, then i just used my snips and pulled out one of the cores and then the sheath just snapped off really quickly and guaranteed no damaged inner insulation.
