Well that wasnt so bad really, just wanted to say thankyou really for everyone that has helped me and answered all my questions 
Basically this what happened for anyone who has there's soon:

Basically this what happened for anyone who has there's soon:
- Checked paper work in order: Part p doc, HSE guidance, test equipment accuracy docs, complaints log, Health and safety policy, public liability insurance, regs book and OSG.
- Building Regulations: went through each one of them that is relevant to our trade, asked me questions about smokes, checking that I Knew to interlink them.... about using fire rated down lights.... fans in bathroom, low energy lighting ....
- Checked test certs : asking what readings acceptable Ze, RCD times, how you calculate R1+R2,min allowed for IR.
- Bonding: Visually checked gas and water bonds.
- Testing: Carried all test required: Ze, Ring continuity, R1+R2, IR, RCD's, Zs, PFC.... using my voltage test lamp and lock off kit for safe isolation.
- Schedule of test inspections... for some reason I had ticked the box: 'cables incorparating earthed armour or run as in an earthed wiring system etc....' should have put N/A
- Supply characteristics: for ZE in box under nominal voltage I put my measured ze, but it should be 0.35 for tncs, 0.8 tns etc and put measured just below where it says 'measured ze'
Thats it really all done within 2 hours
