If I am reading and interpreting it correctly, RTC RICH is saying that the competent person scheme providers are discriminating against Domestic Installers and he wants to fight them.

I suspect it's due to the bar being raised for entry, and the fact that some couldn't join again if they left and are effectively therefore obliged to cough up every year for the rest of their days if there's a chance they want to notify work.
(I'm in this position with Napit as it happens)
