LED Strip lights? And it's for a modern kitchen and the ones I've seen look half decent with some sort of light

I've a feeling that you'll need to keep a laminate kitchen spotless if you're going to fit kickboard lighting but I would go with the LED strip. I've mentioned this in a quote for a customer - I think I put him of! Oops

Another thing which seems to have gained popularity but definitely more for show than any real use. IMO you're better off investing in decent and sufficient overhead lighting in a kitchen.

I had them because I thought they looked cool but I never used them, they were a waste of time and money.

I fitted plinth lights to use up the last switch in kitchen!

i fitted 16 decking LEDs. 1/2" diameter. a few quid off ebay.
