As you are well aware this item has the potential to kill someone, something you cannot control once it has been sold. It is for this reason I have reported you to ebay for selling a hazardous item, and the Health and Safety Executive. I suggest you look up GS38, and the electricity at work regulations. I would send you a link but I am busy contacting trading standards and the electrical safety council.
