Labelling cu for assessment

Quick question just installing a new replacement cu and got my rcd test quarterley and my two colours in this installation labels stuck on, do I also need the date of next periodic inspection label putting on ?, I'm pretty sure I do but want to check.

Was told he has to see voltage present / rcd quarterley / next inspection due labels, Cu looks like the fly posters have been at it... as I've got the two colours label on it as well.....

Think yourself lucky you didn't have to fit the "lighting circuit doesn't have a CPC......." label too then!!
