After Greetings

There are a lot of types of lamps and mu point of view is

The fluorescent lamps with (120 cm long with 40w and 60 cm long with 20w)

We use a starter with (0-65 w) for 120cm lamp and (0-22 w) for the 60cm lamp
Also we use a ballast with 40w for 120cm and 20w for 60cm

Tell me what will happen in each case if we reverse using of them
1- (0-22w) starter for 40w lamp
2- (0-65w) starter for 20w lamp
3- 20w ballast for 60w lamp
4- 40w ballast for 20w lamp

in all cases arrange them with the number

Thanks

Here goes...
1 - the lamp will likely flicker all the time due to the lamp running voltage being higher than the starter threshold.
2 - the starting time may be fractionally slower, but it will work.
3 - The lamp will be dim, or may not be able to stay lit as there won't be enough current flow. You may overheat the ballast.
4 - You will over-run the lamp and possibly overheat the ballast. But generally you can run 2x20W in series on 40W ballast. As long as you use the 0-22W starters. It's a recognised configuration.
