Unusual Post!
However, What you need is an EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report)
I or my colleague would be able to provide this service - bear in mind that this report will reveal any faults with your electrical installation which may require attention. Should this be the case then an estimate for the cost of rectification will be provided.
the cost of this service (from my business) would be ÂŁ238.50 and will take between 6 & 8 hours depending on the property.

Other Electricians are available! (who will do it for less)

Ha ha. Unusual reply!

I wouldn't be so brave as to give a price before seeing the property, or at least finding out how big it is and how many boards and circuits.

Could be a huge place with outbuildings.

Good point Handy! Just considering the average University Student lettings around here! - And not thinking too straight after the nightcap! (and the previous imbibe)
The house I have is only 12 year old 2 bed why I have asked on here is looking for a price and not from rip off merchants. Trying to make more than it's worth. And let me tell you yes there are some out there not all honest
