Been asked to supply one of they above again tried to explain doesn't exist but,letting agents ard demanding one
what too do?

That is a HMO licence, and not a landlords licence.....and is required to sublet a house out

HMO have been controlled for some time.

However, private lettings do not require a licence nor electrical certificate so ...

I think they all are now, infact any rentals with our LA require full certs. Its the private landlords that dont seem to want them!
