I have used some of their accessories but any one fitted a board what are they like, I fitted a BG board recently not impressed mind you it was a retrofit and thats always a pain

Best of fitting a well known branded dis board IMO so when the customer wants another circuit adding in say 5years time, they will stand half a chance of getting the correct MCB that was purposely manufactured and tested for the dis board.
 
i fit BG out of preference. i find them to be well made and the casing is robust. a nice touch is the label positions on the inside of the cover, so when closed up, it doesn't look like a doctors surgery noticeboard.
 
installed plenty when on contract with building company, they were supplying cheapest stuff around.
lap, ced, bg, all same average quality. new mk is not better, fiddly plastic anywhere.
never had a faulty breaker, only once there was dodgy rcd on bg board.
