Bosch ok for occasional user but not in the same league as Disto. I would not trust it in bright light or over long distances.

I use the Leica Disto it is very accurate and reliable well worth the money

Seen the Fluke range, but managed to get the Bosch for around 80 quid so price won me over in the end.

I have a bosch one (paid about the same with a "free" bosch watch). Has prooved to be very accurate so far, used mainly for cutting studs for walling, headers and sole plate etc. Seems to be very frugal on batteries as well

They chucked the Bosch tripod in with mine. Will come in handy for the laser level.

Sounds like the same deal I got. Brilliant bit of kit tbh. Very impressed. Quite liked the quality of the 'freebie' tripod too!

Used it yesterday and cant fault it. A million times better than my previous ultra sonic version
