way back when I used to do fair amount of voluntary sector fundraising, and on the fundraising group I was part of were 2 people who worked as assessors for various lottery and other funds, did a few fundraising training sessions inc EU funding training days, and even ran a course for other voluntary groups on fundraising.

DECC / Ofgem's interpretation of de-minimas funding rules never made any sense to me.

Thanks Worcester and Gavin for teasing this one out on lottery grants. It really should not require so much effort!

Intersted to hear that Worcester had a discussion with Gemserve on tic/dnc declaration on mcs certificates that reflected how I read the legislation. Have they put it in writing?

Unfortunately no, they know who I am though !!

I have sent in a detailed wriiten request to GoodEnergy as I put so much business their way, and have a reasonably good relationship with some of their more senior management, I'm awaiting a formal written reply. I'm suspecting it may take a little more teasing out yet to get the writeen answer I want, when I do, I'll post it here.
