Well they were refused permission to appeal at the supreme court, but that doesnt stop them trying!

Key now is for DECC to announce whether or not they are going to petition the Supreme Court directly, given they were denied permission to appeal.

Surely we still need to wait and hear wether or not they are going to the supreme court as if they do then do we not need to wait on that decision as well before we can sell at 43.3p again?

Thats what I was thinking SRE. Our Solar Future mentioned on twitter that the government can go straight to Supreme Court and ask for an appeal. Not sure if thats true or not.
