Led dimmer panel driver wiring

Need help pls I'm trying to wire led dimmer light 600x200 with a led driver and led dimmer switch

Do I need permanently supply and separate switch wire to the led driver
Pls help

I would say so,looks like Dali works of 230v to,but unsure of that,usually low voltage.

This LED driver requires a DALI digital controller to operate. Why did you choose this particular driver?

Connections required are line, neutral and earth, plus two wires for the digital control signal.

I never choose this the customer bought it for a church as a gift
Which one do you recommend I can pick one and finish my job

Sorry, best to see if someone who actually installs DALI stuff replies. I just did a bit of background reading!
