Good evening

Can you use a standard 180,270,360 deg. Etc sensor with led flood lights?

These are the ones that replace the old style halogen with the r7s bulbs

Should be OK, would tend to ensure the rating of the PIR was much higher than the LED lamp (they usually are).
Relay ones are likely to be better than the triac ones as the electronics will not interfere with the operation.
I have been running a LED replacement lamp for several years on the original PIR.
You can also get PIR integrated LED floodlights.
