I have an autistic son who is into photography, I have been into it for 45 years and have a question I am hoping you can answer please.

I took the attached image using a "light box" I built, A3 opaque top, 3 sides with wood 3" x 1/2" x 14", and one open end, inside are three of these to illuminate the perspex from underneath.

This is now old, and has problems, 1. Not enough light EVENLY across the opaque plastic and 2. NOT variable.

ANY help in advice in led, ? would be so much appreciated

Thank you

EG ?????????????

You’d have to change the size but you could just fit an LED panel behind the Perspex or whatever it is you’re using for the opaque top. Sizes of panels wouldn’t vary a lot however so you’d be a bit limited in that respect. Spread of light would be about better I’d imagine
