Hi all,
Been called out to communal lights in a flat communal area. 3 out of the 9 LED lights are strobing roughly once a second. When the timelag switches are pressed the strobing stops and the lights illuminate as they should but when the timelag switch pops back out the strobing starts again. I measured the voltage and am getting
S/L - N = 60v/120v fluctuating
S/L - E = 60v/120v fluctuating
P/L - N = 230v
N - E = 0v
Any suggestions please? Many Thanks
