I have 12 led lights in my lounge and have had no problem for ages until today.
I have 8 on one circuit and 4 on another (double switch)
When i turned the switch with 4 bulbs on it tripped off at the mains.
I have got a new bulb and changed each light and all are ok except they still trip at the mains.
What would be my next step of action be as i had the loft lagged in May this year and am guessing they may of pulled some of the wiring about.
So would i be right in thinking i will have to check each fitting in the loft one at a time and then see if the mains trips ?
Appreciate any help and advice...

Unless you can get your hands on a multi function tester and have the knowledge to use one I doubt you'll find the issue.

I would recommend you find a local sparky......

If they are downlights then you should be able to remove them from the ceiling and also pull out any connections there may be.
This would save having to go in the loft.
IF you cannot get to the connections this way then the loft it is, just make sure the circuit is off before you go delving your hand into the insulation to find the fault, you find a live wire!
If the MCB is tripping then there is a connection between neutral and line that is shorting out.
