Letter of Introduction Building Company

Hi guys I was hoping I could get some help on here, I know im not a sparky but im sure you guys wont hold that against us, we are a fairly new business currently sole trader but looking to go limited sooner rather than later.

I have been looking through my local council websites at planning permission that as been granted and would like to target these properties for work and I was hoping you guys could help me write a letter of introduction or give me examples of yours, many thanks.

Been down that route before when I started out,tried every avenue possible... sorry to say letter of introduction didn't really work for me

We are a building contractors, the work we would like to target are house improvements i.e. extensions etc

A bit curious as to the use of "we" and "sole trader" - statements at odds with each other.
