Has anybody completed level 2 2365 as I have been waiting 8 weeks and still no sign of it. I have emailed c&g but they wonte tell me anything and my training provider hasen't heard anything I am doing level 3 at the moment but I have been trying to find work but I get told to let them know when i have the cert and ecs card how long did it take to get your nvq cert

Been trying toget electrical improver work as I have most of my qualifications up to nvq level 2 including 2395 part-P and 17th wiring regs and PAT testing just doing level 3 nvq and 2391 and am2 to be finished. All due tobe finished by september. I sat ecs h&S test to try and apply for card to get work as there is alot of work around at moment but the proof of nvq certification is an issue with the agency's as that is where the work is going through at the moment.

Most of the others took no longer than 4 weeks I was told the nvq would be 6-8 weeks but this is actually week 9. I'm at the training centre next week doing level 3 nvq again so I am going to get them to chase it up.
Thank for the response

Back when I was doing exams there was a bit of a rogue with the same name as me and they kept sending my certificates to him! I always wonder if he is now somewhere on about £100k a year as an engineer or something

If it haven't arrived by time i get back from my nvq training week I will see if they will will issue the confirmation letter as I need a new job asap
Thanks for the information
As for your certs going to different person there are probably 50 Romanians all with the same name on all their certs. Lol

Spoke to training provider today and found out I had already had NVQ cert thought it was for one of the other qualifications as I hadn't done unit 204 when it was issued my cert was issued in November and I completed 204 unit in may so thought it was something for else. I spoke to someone at the office a couple of weeks ago and I don't think they knew what the were checking for or couldn't be bothered to check spoke to someone else and went through my certs with him then realised I've had it since November so I gather s bit of a lockup by c&g I am now about halfway through level 3 NVQ so looking forward to finishing it now.

So after sorting nvq cert and uploading on to ecs application couldn't get anywhere with it so called them up and they said it needed endorsing by my employer so I told them I am getting calls for jobs by agencies but they wouldn't give me a job until I got my skills card eventually they waived the need for endorsment and issued a electrical labourers card. How do they expect people to gain employment if they need a skills card first just dosen't make sense. so i will upgrade to electrician level in a couple of months once I have all my certs together. Within about 2 hours my skills card was available on the ecs virtual card app on my phone.

You seem to be mixing up your tech certs to NVQ, your level 2 and level 3 2365 are not NVQ's. So not sure maybe this confused them.

I know slip of tungue type thing but the units have changed 3 times since I started the course will be glad just to get them finished and have a few months break before I go and do 18th wiring regs. Just found it abit weird that i had the cert well before I completed it probably due to change in course the error was made just glad to also get ecs card out of way aswell.

The 2365 is changing soon too, I believe it finishes mid term next year.

Yes I got the print ups for that off c&g site they have already changed the 2365 unit numbers but it looks as if level 3 at some point if you are an apprentice or studying these units through training centre's you be doing the same course but I think it will take abit of time for that to complete.
