Li-ion charging ?

I have a 24v 9000mAh/216Wh Li-ion battery minus a charger, what charger do I require for this beast it's a funny science to me.

brand? how do you connect the battery via lugs or what?

Its from one of those E-bikes I cant find the battery online which surprises me, it's base label just says (E-bike smart battery 24v 9000mAh/216Wh) that's all I have and its a female jack plug arrangement. I will find out the make of bike tomorrow the father inlaw has bought it at an auction, battery is flat of course minus it's charger.
