Does anyone know of a free website that will design some lighting in a small office .

I don't, sorry, but many of the manufacturers have their own calculator type apps.

Have you tried downloading the ReluxPro programme? I find this quite useful. Takes a bit of time to get used to it but it's got a large library of light fittings.

The major manufacturers Phillips, Osram and Thorn all have lighting design data, aids and software mate.

what size is the office? computers on desks? ceiling type? what lights do you want to install? and height of ceiling?

10m x 15m x 2.5 high. recessed modular fittings, lay in cieling tiles on exposed grid, expect 400 lux at desktop.
