What is it with leaving a junction box accessible that is so hard?

yet again a house where the rose has been replaced with down lights but the junction box that has been put in to replace the rose is nowhere to be found. had to cut a hole in the ceiling to get to it as the bathroom was above. it was in the ceiling right above the light switch so they must have had a new ceiling when the lights were done and someone thought it a good idea to put it there.

anyway rant over

what is it about twisting earths together and using one piece of sleeving?????????
bad enough having to tolerate at best of times, but at the board?? on a ring??????? when i have to test said ring for the minor works cert???????? aaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrgggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhh
been to 2 houses like this round here lately, rant over lol

it must be an old school thing as a bloke i worked with did it all the time no matter how much i muttered about it. when i did my practical at collage anyone who did it was marked down. very much a pet hate especially when fault finding.
