Lighting re-wiring solution

Hi all,

Looking for someone to help with this dilemma. Image attached to try and explain it better.

We have 3 separate lights currently controlled by 'Switch 1', on a 3 gang switch. It's a live feed into the switch straight from the consumer unit, then 1 cable going from the switch, to each light respectively.

We're looking to move the controls for light 2 and 3, into a new 2 gang switch in another room, whilst keeping light 1 controlled by switch 1 on a single gang now.

The issue is we only fed 2 cables up the wall during the planning phase, from the new 'switch 2'. Those two cables are now going from the switch to the loft. What's the best way to connect these up to the existing wiring structure, so they could control light 2 and 3, independently?

If we had 3 cables fed up it would be easy - I'd have one live feed coming into switch 2 from switch 1, then the two cables going to light 2 and light 3 respectively, but struggling to understand how it can work without needing a 3rd cable. It's too late to get a 3rd cable down, hence the issue.

Well the easy way is to join light 2 and light 3 together using Quickwire in loft, use one of the cables from the switch to loft as a new permanent live and neutral feed, switch Quinetic receiver on the end of the new feed in loft, run a cable from Quinetic receiver to the Quickwire, and then use as many wireless switches as you like to control the pair of lights.

Not totally clear what cables are accesible in the loft, but ...
Can you not just feed a permanent L & N from the switch to each of lights 2 and 3.
Then use the two cables from switch 2 as switch drops i.e. to interrtupt the L to each of lights 2 & 3.
Or am I missing something?
