Lights Flickering when turning on at different switch

Hi, wondering if anyone could help me. The main light in my kitchen works off two different switches, one on either end of the room. One of the switches is a 3 gang switch which also connect to some spotlights and outside lights.
When turning on and off at one switch it is fine, but then if you go to turn the lights on with the opposite switch the lights flicker until you turn them off and on again with that same switch. I have checked the sockets for loose connections and checked the bulbs and all seem okay so a bit stuck on what the issue could be as the other two sets of lights controlled in the 3 gang switch work perfectly.

It could be a faulty switch.i had one last week.brand new switch that wouldn't turn light off.as soon as I got there to check it out I could tell the rocker on switch was loose ie it offered no resistance when pushed with finger .as soon as I took it off I gave it a hit with my screwdriver and it worked perfectly. Obviously I still changed switch .other than that could be an issue with cable between switches ,but most likely issue with switch .for the price of a switch I would check that first.anything with moving parts is always prone to failure

I did think it could be a faulty switch but then I don't understand why it is the same issue no matter what switch I use, but I'll give it a try and see it goes. Thanks

You have extra wires running between switchs so maybe just one terminal in the switch is faulty .just a guess .before dismantling the circuit I think changing the switch which will set you back 2.50 or so would be worth a try ,either way if you get a sparks in to do it and that's not the issue they will soon find it .
