There is a multi-story carpark in chelmsford
in it there is a staff WC with wash hand basin
and betewwn the WC and wash hand basin (on the opposite wall) there is a Merlin Gerin TPN Dist board.
I know as I upgraded it from a 6 way to an 8 way.

the original design and build was carried out for the council, and if you've worked for councils you'll know how ---- they can be

Considering that socket outlets are now allowed in bathrooms that are big enough to get 3 metres away from the bath I don't see the problem with "wet hands" or feet, bare or otherwise. My understanding was that the problem was created by the whole body being immersed in water. This of course would be difficult to achieve in a normal toilet or handwash basin.

You never seen a child manage to get soaked just using a sink?

One of my friends is severely disabled, I’ve used the bog in the wet room attached to his bedroom many times. I was always curious about the pushbutton at the side of the bog. So of course one day I had to press it, my face must have been a picture when the water sprays started. David was near wetting himself when I emerged from the wet room, bright crimson in the face.
Done a few walk in shower rooms for disabled folk lately. Some all singing all dancing bogs involved. Great seeing clever, all jumping all cursing plumbers when they get stung. Stand back, watch and laugh.
