Line & Neutral insulation tape

Hi people. On my AM2 they supplied black insulation tape with the letters L or N on for tails identification. Does anyone know where I can purchase these please? I also remember they had L1 L2 L3 tapes.

Is this because some of the new breed of smart meter installers don't actually understand what tail goes where and just copy the set up over from the old meter ? Why on earth would tails with brown and blue outer sheath also need L and N markers ?
