But I also use a lot of these when a customer wants a circuit putting in but to remain locked off, we secure using a cable tie which has to be cut off, saves a costly revisit to remove a lock out:

Really sorry to revive an old post, but just been looking at these and wondered how you're getting on with them? Do they fit a large variety of applications?
they fit most MCBs using the pinholes either side of the toggle.
 
I have a small m.k one I keep in my pocket , it’s just 2 sections of Thin metal joined together that slid apart and the goes back together with A hole in the plates to pop a lock through...
very basic design , simple but effective. Like those one but it’s all metal...

Depends where you look, From Dusty's link, these instructions show only 1 locknut and the braid in terminated to the gland with the washers...
