Look at these please

What you reckon about these as fire rated covers, which would fit in my ceiling then. Anyone used them or similar at same price

Ok maybe not what after in above as looks like only 6mm wide and the cut out is normally 64mm and just looks like for covering in insulation.......


What about these... In your expierience would these provide enough light @ every 800mm ceiling space= requiring alot
