We are looking for an experience electrician to join our team based on the Fylde Coast. The electrician will need to have 10 years experience, with at least 5 years post-qualification work.
The work hours are between 8:00am – 4:30pm Mon-Fri. Uniform will be provided, applicant will ideally have own van & be open to magnetic sign writing being applied. Work is a mixture of commercial and domestic with a full range of skills essential (testing, fault finding, rewiring, emergency lighting, heating systems (nest & hive), smart lighting, fire alarm maintenance & fault finding).

Qualifications required: City & Guilds 2391 Testing + Inspection, NVQ Level 3 Electro Technical Installation, Time Served Apprenticeship.

I was thinking there is no mention of a mileage rate for using your own vehicle

We are taking the JIB Approved Electrician Rate of £15.92/hr with own transport and offering £17/hr given the work can be demanding at times.

We have an informal agreement with current staff to provide fuel for substantial travel but the work is generally based in a small locality.
