Looking for Solar Inspection form s and tests after an installation was done

Hi

If you could explain a little more what you need that would be fab :)
 
I need to do an inspection on a PV Solar system that was installed by another company as the client is not happy with the installation.

I was hoping that somebody on this group might have a form that I can utilise for the inspection as South Africa does not even have a proper SANS Regulation in place on what needs to be installed on a PV System
