Hello all.

First of a little history. I started college in 2007, Completed my C&G Level 2, then on to the apprenticeship and completed everything except the NVQ. Too much homework, silly pictures. Why can't it all be based on on site assessments? Sort of thing. But now I'm much older, more settled and enjoy my work and appreciate the work being done properly.

What I want to know is where do I go form here? I have my 2330 Level 3. I have my AM2 cert. I have been working in the industry for the last 5 years and am confident in my work. What is a good route to go down to become fully qualified?

Or have I left it too late, all the goalposts moved, and do I have to start form scratch?

Thanks for your time.
