Don't do any off this type of work but got to thinking about the power cuts we had back in the 70's.
If a building loses it's DNO supply what would happen to the PV system?
Does it automatically shut down as it does not have reference voltage from the supply as the last thing you would want is for the PV system back feeding into the DNO system?
