Low CPC end to end ??

Just measured end to end of my ring main.. I have done this on same circuit before and been fine..

For some reason im now getting 0.31 Live & Netural but CPC is coming up as 0.16

Doin my head in, I cant see how i could of picked up an earth off anywhere else though.

Dont worry about it being lower. If the figure was greater than 1.67 times then you should start to worry.

Sorry but this is only 1 ring circuit, also there no supllementary bonding or metal boxes in metal stud wall, earth correctly sleeved and not touching metal ccu, or mechanical damage nail through cables, short phase to earth or neutral to earth.
