I have testing the ze on a flat on a tncs supply, and i am getting a reading of 0.03. I realise the maximum is 0.35 but this seems low to me. Has anyone else experienced a low ze reading. The flat is situated quite close to Sub station so I expected lower reading.

With a low Ze the only issue is the resulting pefc and pfc......as long as these are within the rating of the protective devices all's good.......in your case expect a pefc/pfc of 7-8ka.....which means you may have to rely on the DNO device to provide the breaking capacity.

Yes dont worry about it , i bet you had a High PSC reading too, low readings are normally due to the installation being close to the sub station or transformer and the PSC will be at its highest
